Policy below applies to all products ordered from Perfect Parts EV. All shipping and deliveries are in accordance and managed by Xunwei Australia.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product in writing through email to Perfect Parts EV.
For item(s) requiring return/refund, a notice must be submitted with evidence of manufacturing damage/defects or damages caused during delivery. Please see policy f) in shipping policies.
Customers may choose to have a replacement part sent to them with shipping cost borne by the customer.
If in the case of damage or defective product, contact with photo evidence must be sent within 2 days of receiving the delivered item(s).
If return or a refund is necessary for an item(s) due to purchaser error, ill-fitting or unsuitable for purpose, all products must submit a claim within 30 days.
All item(s) requested for refund/returns must remain in original condition, unused and intact with its original shipping package available for return shipping.
If a return or refund is necessary, and the original shipping package is discarded or damaged, the customer must make a suitable attempt to ship the items back to us with care in protecting the product during shipping. I.e. Foam protection, bubble wrap or other protective means to ensure safe return.
The customer is responsible for all charges involved in the returning item(s).
Perfect Parts EV and Xunwei Australia holds Ultimate Authority to determine whether a full refund of the product is granted based on the claims of the customer.
Refunds will be completed within 10-15 business days with the policies above satisfied.
If your package is damaged during delivery, please contact Perfect Parts EV within 24 hours of receiving your product. Damaged products must stay in its original condition when received, and Xunwei Australia will organise for return and replacement.
