Shipping and delivery of items purchased via Perfect Parts EV is handled according to the policy of "AUSTRALIA XUNWEI NEW ENERGY VEHICLE TECHNOLOGY SERVICE PTY LTD" (Defined as "Xunwei Australia"). Orders and shipping can be ordered via Perfect Parts EV and shipped to the nominated address / location.
Perfect Parts EV & Xunwei Australia, offers customers the option to select "Standard" or "Express shipping" options when products are offered on the Perfect Parts EV website. All shipping fees will be borne by the customer during purchase, however may be discounted or waived during promotional periods, or special shipping rates may apply for constant repeat customers.
The customer must ensure the nominated delivery address of items can accommodate for parking and ease of access to delivery drivers, store or leave parcels within the specified location attended/unattended, where the customer deems safe or suitable for deliveries.
It`s the customer`s responsibility to ensure all information pertaining to the delivery is correct. I.e Address, contact phone number, email and any other related/required information.
If the incorrect information is provided, Xunwei Australia or Perfect Parts EV will attempt to make contact with the original purchaser to correct the details. If after a suitable amount of attempts to make contact goes unresponsive, Xunwei Australia or Perfect Parts EV hold the right to cancel the order or refuse delivery.
If there are any losses or damages to items or products during delivery as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be personally reliable for damages incurred.
Perfect Parts EV and Xunwei Australia recommend customers immediately inspect the received component and parts ordered after reception. Once inspected make sure they are satisfied with the received item(s) within. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product received, a 14 day contact period is reserved for correction by contacting the staff at Perfect parts EV. (Please refer to our 14 day refund and return policy within Warranty for more information).
Perfect Parts EV & Xunwei Australia Holds ultimate discretion on pursuing refund and return on item(s) that are reported to be defective.
If a customer gives permission to leave deliveries at a specified address unattended, Perfect Parts EV and Xunwei Australia with affiliated delivery service provider holders have authority to leave the items at the customer`s specified address. Once the item(s) are delivered, we are no longer held responsible for the item(s) safety pertaining to theft or damage.
The customer will have a choice to specify whether Authorised to leave will apply on their item(s) delivery.
Authorised leave policy will be in effect during the order and delivery stage of the item(s) in question, permission will be granted at the time of order or delivery by the nominated contact person or business. No matter if the order is given by a third party, family member, or associate ordering the item(s) for another person, company or business.
